| BREAKFAST will be served at either 8am or 9am. Your choice! A breakfast beverage will be delivered to your door, if you'd like, one hour prior. For early departures, we're happy to provide a "to go" option. A creative meal, artfully presented, made with local, seasonal ingredients when possible will be served to satisfy you through the morning. A sweet or savory treat will be upstairs for you in the afternoon. Complimentary water and soft drinks are available in our guest refrigerator. I'm sorry, but we do not have cooking facilities for guest use. |
While our rooms offer similar amenities, they do differ in that our "OCEAN", has a tub/shower combination. Watch the ships from bed! Our "EARTH", has a shower large enough for two. It's our sunrise room. Robes, hairdryers, alarm clocks are provided for your convenience. |
OUR GUEST ROOMS - we offer two. Both featuring original art, plush king beds, luxury linens, and cozy duvets. Enjoy your private, water and mountain view deck. To ensure your comfort, each room has individual temperature controls as well as ceiling fans. Air conditioning too! HD-TV and WI-FI are provided. |

High season (May 15-Oct. 15) rates: 2 night minimum stay, $170.00 USD per night plus
applicable State and local taxes
Low season rates: $150.00 USD plus applicable State and local taxes
A one night deposit by Visa/MC is required to hold the room
Cancellation policy - A full refund will occur if cancelled within 14 days of the reserved
date, minus a $25.00 service fee. If there is less than 14 days cancellation notice then the
deposit will be forfeited.
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Early or late check-in by prior arrangement only. Check
out is 11 am local time.
